A New Normal German Day: a Syrian Arsonist stopped after assaulting a shop and wielding a Machete

Published

on

Welcome to the new normal in Germany: two hours of pure panic in Essen, Germany, where a Syrian first tried to set two fires, then, armed with a machete and knife, attacked a fruit and vegetable store. Luckily, he is repelled and is encircled by police in the trash and kid’s toys-filled courtyard behind the store.

It appears to be a tiler’s business on Katernberger Strasse, where the Syrian himself may have worked.

The video shows how the men approach the 41-year-old with buckets of cement, a shovel and iron bars but continue to back away, shouting loudly in Arabic. “Put the knife down, the police are coming, they might shoot you,” they tell him to surrender. “Come to me and fight!” the man replies. “Take the knife away, then we can fight,” says another. It is not entirely clear what relationship the men have with the alleged perpetrator, but they may know each other.

Two police officers raid the warehouse; the man is trapped

In any case, the 41-year-old Syrian man is trapped because the warehouse apparently has no back exit. But he continues to hold the knife in one hand and the machete in the other, falls several times and gets back up. Eventually, a police officer and a policewoman arrive with guns drawn, chase away the other men, and demand loudly that the suspected perpetrator lie down on the ground, put down his cutting weapons, and get away from them immediately.

“Crawl back!” orders the policewoman. “Do you still have a knife?” she shouts at the man. “No,” he says meekly, before finally allowing the cop to fix him and arrest him without resistance as he lies on the ground, while his colleague still holds the situation at gunpoint. He then gives the go-ahead over the radio, “Person secured, knife and machete secured.” And he notifies headquarters of the location on Katernberger Strasse. A rare dramatic video of a dangerous situation.

By now in Germany these episodes are daily

These incidents are now daily in Germany, if not worse., Recall that in the space of two weeks, three arson attacks took place in Cologne, probably due to the Mocro Mafia, the Moroccan mafia that arrived from the Netherlands.
The government has put border controls in place, but it is too late now.
